What is your uptime? Do you provide a Service Level Agreement?

Maximizing availability

We work hard to maintain a perfect uptime. We do so by:

  • providing multiple front-end endpoints spread-out over multiple data-centers and multiple providers for each API endpoint to maximize availability
  • spreading the load over clusters of servers (again, over multiple data-centers), so that our services will continue working even if a server or a data-center goes down
  • strictly separating services, so that issues in one service or in one region do not affect the other ones
  • using different cloud providers, to maintain availability even if one of them were experience issues
