Countries supported for Phone Number Detection

Overview

The Text Moderation, Image Moderation and Video Moderation APIs can be used to detect the presence of phone numbers. To make sure we only detect phone numbers that are relevant to your use-case, you are expected to provide the list of countries that you target.

This is done through the optional opt_countries parameter, which accepts a comma-separated list of country codes. For instance:

The API will only return phone numbers that match the formats of the countries you have specified. The API will check if the number is a valid number in the chosen country. That said, it will not check if the number is actually in-use.
